Privacy policy
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and no accounts. We do not track you, build a profile on you, or sell anything about you to anyone. The only personal data that exists is a standard web server log, and an email you send us if you choose to send one.
Who we are
This site is operated by PileUp Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Final Life Games. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean PileUp Digital LLC.

What we collect
Server logs
Our web server keeps a standard access log. For each request it records:
- your IP address
- the date and time of the request
- the page or file requested, and the response status
- your browser's user agent string
- the referring page, if your browser sent one
We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure: diagnosing errors, spotting abuse, and blocking attacks. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
Under UK and EU data protection law, our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests: running a website securely is not possible without it.
Email you send us
If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email, including your address and name. We keep it for as long as needed to deal with your message and to hold a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list. We have no mailing list.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. This site sets none, of any kind, including analytics and advertising cookies. That is why you are not being asked to accept any.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no tag managers, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No third-party fonts or scripts. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request is made to Google Fonts or any CDN. Nothing on this site phones home to a third party.
- No accounts, no forms, no payments. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy here.
- No advertising networks and no sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are used in California law.
Who your data is shared with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. The only third party involved in running this site is our hosting provider, OVH, which operates the server the site runs on and therefore stores the logs described above. Servers are located in the United States.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal process.
Playing our games is separate from this site
We build games. We are not a gambling operator. Our games are distributed through Stake Engine and appear on gambling platforms run by other companies.
When you play one of our games on someone else's platform, that operator is the data controller, not us. Their privacy policy governs your account, your identity checks, your payment details and your play history. We do not receive your name, your account, your balance or your payment information. International transfers
Our server is in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, the request data described above is processed there.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. If you are in California you may also have rights to know what is collected and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Email hello@finallife.games and we will act on it. Be aware that server logs are keyed only to an IP address, so to act on a request about them we would need you to tell us the IP address and rough time of your visits, and even then we may not be able to identify you. Logs are deleted after 14 days regardless.
If you are in the UK or EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting something we do not collect today, we will say so here before we do it.
