Who we are
This site is operated by PileUp Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Final Life Games.
What this site is, and what it is not
This site is a portfolio. It exists to show what we build.
We are a game developer, not a gambling operator. You cannot gamble here. This site does not accept wagers, does not hold player funds, does not run player accounts and does not offer any real-money or social casino play. No part of this site is an invitation or offer to gamble.
Our games are supplied to gambling platforms operated by other companies, through Stake Engine. Where and whether a game is available, what it costs to play, and every part of your account and your money are matters for that operator, under that operator's terms and that operator's licence. We are not a party to your relationship with them.
Age restriction
This site is intended for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it, or older if the legal age for gambling-related content where you live is higher. Do not use this site if you are under that age.
Where our games are available
Gambling law differs from country to country and, in the United States, from state to state. Game information
We publish figures such as grid size, paylines, maximum win and return to player (RTP) so people can understand how a game works. Please read them properly:
- RTP is a long-run theoretical average, calculated over many millions of simulated spins. It is not a promise, a guarantee, or a description of what will happen in your session. A 96% RTP does not mean you get 96% of your money back.
- Maximum win is a cap, not an expectation. On a high volatility game, the top prize is extremely rare by design.
- High volatility means long losing runs are normal. That is what the phrase means. It is a design choice, not a fault.
- Operators may be able to configure certain settings, so figures shown here may differ from a specific platform. The operator's own game information page is authoritative for the version you are playing.
- Games shown as in development may change or may never be released. Nothing here is a commitment to ship anything.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions.
Intellectual property
The Final Life Games name, the logo, the game names, the artwork, the characters and everything else on this site are owned by PileUp Digital LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or make derivative works from any of it without our written permission.
You may link to this site. Press and content creators may use our logo and game artwork to write about our games; please do not alter the artwork or imply we endorse you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the server it runs on, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, including gambling operators and support organisations. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" and "as available". Limitation of liability

We are not liable for gambling losses. Money you lose gambling is a matter between you and the operator you gambled with. We do not take your bets and we do not hold your money.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may still have the benefit of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, and nothing here takes those away.
